I replied fine and then she pointed out an additional inventory of suitcases in case I wanted to change colours. She then asked if I had a store card, I replied I did not and she explained all the benefits and got me signed up. Misty made an already pleasant shopping trip an outstanding trip due to her friendliness and knowledge."

"Checkout associate was rude when my gift card balance did not come up and was less than helpful when inquired of the balance. Wouldn’t give me the balance-just a number to call. Rudely handed me my items without saying “thank you”. She obviously needs assistance with customer service training before being allowed behind a register again. Keep her stocking clothing where she has little interaction with customers"
